Lowson Anne Fraser, Lady Cullen née Collins (born 1951) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.

She represented the electorate of East Cape in Parliament from 1984 to 1990. She retired from Parliament in 1990. She is married to former Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Michael Cullen.[1]
