On international level, Werblińska won silver medal of European Cadet Championships and bronze of World Cadet Championships (both in 2001). After unsuccessful Olympic Games, in which Poland was eliminated in the group stage, Anna moved to Bielsko-Biała, to play for BKS Aluprof Bielsko-Biała. She was originally scheduled to be the captain for the team, but turned down that position in January 2010.[3] In the 2009 European Championship she won the bronze medal after Poland beat Germany 3-0 in the third place game.[1]
