Anna Katharina Valayil is an Indian playback singer, who has sung songs in Malayalam and Tamil. She came into the music field by singing jingles in Ads. She got noticed after singing Appangalembadum, for the Malayalam movie Ustad Hotel.
Personal Life
Anna was born to Valayil Joseph Varghese and Mini (Mimi) in Cochin. She has a sister named Becky Mary. She finished her college studies in Cochin, then went to Australia for becoming a Pilot and even took her PG in Media Studies along with her Pilot Studies. She got married to Ranjesh Chandy on 2 February 2013. Ranjesh is a successful entrepreneur in catering chain.
Career
Anna started learning the guitar when she was in sixth standard. She has sung songs under the composer Gopi Sunder. She is a Commercial Pilot. Appangal embadum is a notable addition to her career as a singer.
