Anna-Greta Leijon

Anna-Greta Leijon (born 30 June 1939) is a former Swedish social democratic politician.[1]

She was Minister of Justice from 1987 to 1988, and was forced to step down when the Ebbe Carlsson affair exploded.

She has been the chairman of the Swedish Television SVT.

She was also the leader of the Skansen open air museum in Stockholm 1995 - 2005.

A group of German and Swedish terrorists had a plot to kidnap her (Operation Leo) between 1976-1977 as a part of a bigger scheme, but were intercepted by SÄPO.

She is the mother of Britta Lejon, the former Minister of Democracy in Sweden.
