Fearless is the second studio album by German singer Nina Hagen, released in November 1983 by CBS Records. Angstlos, the German version of the album with a different tracklist, was also released. The album is produced by Giorgio Moroder and Keith Forsey and has more disco sound than her previous work. The song "What It Is" was written by Flea and Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers. Fearless peaked at number 151 on the Billboard 200.[3]

The lead single "New York New York" was also successful in charts, peaking at number 9 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs. The next single "Zarah", a cover of Zarah Leander's song "Ich weiss, es wird einmal ein Wunder geschehen", peaked at number 45.

The release of the album was supported by a small tour leading Hagen and her band from the United States, through Europe and whole Germany.
