Angel's Ladies functioned as a legal brothel in Beatty, Nevada until it was closed in August 2014.[1]
History
Mack Moore purchased the property in 1997 and renamed it from Fran's Star Ranch.[2][3] The brothel had been sold in 2005, after having been listed for sale in 2004 for $1.8 million.[4] Moore foreclosed on the property and resold it again at a later date. It closed in September 2007,[4] but later reopened. Mack retired and closed the business August 10, 2014.
Angels has issued several brothel chips over the years.[5][6]
Film history
The brothel and the owners were the subject of an eponymous movie released in 2000.[7][8]
