Andreya Triana is a British singer-songwriter from London.[1] To date, she has collaborated with Flying Lotus, Mr. Scruff, and Bonobo.[2] Her songs have been remixed by Flying Lotus,[3] Mount Kimbie,[4] and Tokimonsta.[5]
Life and career
Growing up in London,[6] Triana moved to Worcester in 2003.[7] In 2006, she landed a spot at the Red Bull Music Academy in Australia.[8]
In 2010, Triana's debut album, Lost Where I Belong, was released on Ninja Tune.[9] It was produced by Bonobo.[10][11]
Triana has contributed her vocal talents to tracks such as Flying Lotus's "Tea Leaf Dancers",[12] Mr. Scruff's "Hold On",[13] and several tracks on Bonobo's 2010 album Black Sands.[14]
Her second album, Giants, was scheduled for release on March 23, 2015,[15] but Amazon reveals a release date of 4 May 2015.[16]
