Andrey Anatolyevich Shumilin (Russian: Андрей Анатольевич Шумилин; born March 9, 1970 in Kaliningrad, Russian SFSR). is a Russian former wrestler. He competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics and came fourth in the super-heavyweight freestyle event.[1]
Wrestling career
In the 1980 father has brought Andrej Shumilin in junior's sports school. In 16 years old he was already master of sports of USSR. In the 1986 he won USSR сhampionship and juniors' World whampionship. In the next year he has repeated his success - he was already double juniors' World champion. In the 1989 he was junior's European champion. From 1990 Andrey Shumilin was regular member of Russian national team.
