Andrew Silver is an award winning film director, writer and producer. A graduate of MIT, Silver began his foray into film as a theater arts and film analysis teacher at Brandeis University in 1968.[1] In 1975 he earned his doctorate in business administration from Harvard Business School.[1]

Silver is a co-author of a chapter in the Harvard Business School Press anthology Breakthrough Thinking and a long-time member of the Council for the Arts at MIT, and the board of directors of the Coolidge Corner Theater.

His film career stretches four decades, beginning in 1975 with "Next Door" and continuing with his two latest films 'Radio Cape Cod' starring Tamzin Merchant, Tamzin Outhwaite and O. T. Fagbenle and Second Wind starring June Brown.
