Andrew Cohen (born August 9, 1969) is the Democratic Party New York City Council member in the 11th district, in the Bronx.
Cohen is a professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and an attorney.[1] He has served as a member of Bronx Community Board 8.[2]
