Andrew Archer (1659–1741)
Andrew Archer (2 August 1659 – 31 December 1741) was a British landowner and politician.
Life
Archer was eldest son of Thomas Archer,[1] he inherited Umberslade Hall in Tanworth in Arden, Warwickshire upon his father's death in 1685. Archer served as Member of Parliament for Warwickshire from 1690 to 1698, from 1705 to 1710, and again from 1713 to 1722.[2]
Family
Archer married Elizabeth, daughter of Sir Samuel Dashwood. Their children were:[1]

- Henry Archer (1700–1768), married Elizabeth Montagu, sister of George Montagu, 1st Earl of Halifax
