Andrej Kadlec (born 2 February 1996) is a Slovak footballer who currently plays as a right back for MŠK Žilina.

He made his debut for MŠK Žilina on 26 April 2014 against FC Spartak Trnava, entering in as a substitute in place of Milan Škriniar in the 74th minute of the game.[2]
