Andraž Struna (born 23 April 1989 in Piran) is a Slovenian footballer, who plays as a defender for Greek side PAS Giannina. Andraž is the brother of fellow Slovenian footballer, Aljaž Struna.

On December 2010, he joined Cracovia on three and a half year contract.[1]
