This name uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Silva and the second or maternal family name is Lemos.
Andrés Byron Silva Lemos (born 27 March 1986 in Tacuarembó[1]) is a Uruguayan track athlete. He competed in the combined events on the youth and junior levels,[2] but has since specialized in the 400 metres and 400 metres hurdles.
Career
Silva participated in the 400 metres at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics.
He was Uruguay's flagbearer at the 2007 Pan American Games. He was part of the Uruguayan Olympic team to 2012 Summer Olympics.[3]
