Anastasiya Prenko (born 12 March 1993 in Ashgabat) is a Turkmen tennis player.
Prenko has won one doubles title on the ITF tour in her career. On 3 May 2010, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 536. On 24 October 2011, she peaked at world number 529 in the doubles rankings.
