Ana Sršen (born in Dubrovnik, December 24, 1973) is a former Croatian paralympic swimmer who competed at four Paralympic Games between 1996 and 2008.[1]

In 1998 she became a world record holder on 100 m breast-stroke. In 2002 she set two world records at International Competition in Zagreb: on 200 m and on 800 m freestyle. She also broke several European records during her competitive years in swimming and remained as and activist for swimming and other athletes as sport organizer in swimming. Ana is leading Swimming Club Natator as one of the best clubs for new generations of international paraolympic swimming successes. She often presents and speaks in favor of more accessible and democratic sport system for all to join.[2]
