Amol Parashar is an Indian actor. He has acted in plays, TV commercials and in films like Babloo Happy Hai.[1] He is set to star in Traffic an upcoming thriller film, which is scheduled to release in September 2015.[2] He was also the dialogue writer for the film Jackpot.
Amol studied Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and later quit his job to join the arts.[3]

Amol's performance in Babloo Happy Hai was appreciated by the critics. The Times of India said "Amol Parashar looks promising".[5] The Sunday Indian said "Amol Parashar stands out".[6] Boxofficeindia.com said "Amol Parashar brings out the sensitivity in his character and plays his part with doggedness".[7]

Amol has been seen in many Television Commercials for big brands. Some of those brands include Tanishq, McDowell's No.1, Cadbury Silk, Hindustan Times, Bourbon, Mentos, Good Knight and Lay's.[3]
