American Virgin (previously Virgin on Bourbon Street)[1] is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Clare Kilner, written by Jeff Seeman, and starring Brianne Davis and Jenna Dewan with appearances of Rob Schneider and Bo Burnham.

Plot

Priscilla White (Jenna Dewan), a prim and proper girl, who promised herself at her 'Can't Hurry Love Purity Ball' that she will save herself until marriage. She discusses with her boyfriend Brad (Ben Marten), about going to Pennington College where she will start her freshman year as a scholar from her abstinence group. In her dorm room she is greeted by hallmates Chuck (Chase Ryan Jeffery), Kevin (Elan Moss-Bachrach) and his girlfriend Eileen (Ashley Schneider). She meets Natalie "The Naz" (Brianne Davis), her roommate, who is the exact opposite of her: she smokes cigarettes and pot, drinks alcohol, and is very sexually active. She tries changing roommates and later tells Brad on the phone about her dismay about her roommate, but he lies to her as he is at a frat party welcoming Chicks Go Crazy (a parody of Girls Gone Wild) producer, Ed Curtzman (Rob Schneider).

Chuck, being attracted to Priscilla, is determined to win her over by saying cheesy pick up lines, but she politely turned him down saying she has a boyfriend. Later, Chuck and Kevin ask Priscilla and Naz if they are going to the frat party as Chicks Go Crazy will be there, but Priscilla declines the invitation as she has to study. Priscilla is unable to sleep due to the loud noise from the party, and appears in an attempt to lessen it. She is welcomed by Naz and is given gelatin until she became drunk. Curtzman continues to promote his show and films Priscilla (wearing a moose head) topless. A poster says Priscilla is now 69% pure.

She later asks Naz what she did at the party as she cannot remember, and is told she had Jell-O shots and that Chicks Go Crazy filmed the whole incident. Ashamed, she travels with Naz, Kevin and Chuck to Detroit on Oktoberfest to convince Curtzman to return the footage. Naz and Priscilla hope to find Ed in a strip club but Naz moves to a section where there are male strippers and convinces a stripper to dance for Priscilla, which she discreetly enjoys. Another poster says Priscilla is 47% pure. At the hotel, Priscilla, still depressed about the situation, is offered some brownies by Naz, but they are Space Brownies. Priscilla, influenced by the brownies wakes up and talks to Curtzman who is drunk. Not both in their proper minds, they let each other pass and Priscilla sleeps in Curtzman's camera guy, Rudy's (Bo Burnham) room. She wakes up next day and unknowingly gives Rudy a hand job after assuming that Naz brought a dildo to their bed. Rudy then becomes infatuated by Priscilla. A poster says Priscilla is 25% pure.

Finding Curtzman outside the hotel, the group tries to talk to him, but is blown off. Chuck follows Curtzman and informs that he keeps his truck in a parking lot and inside it is the footage. The group break into Curtzman's truck and find a picture of his daughter, Becca (Sarah Habel). While trying to find Priscilla's footage, Curtzman and Rudy return to find them inside the truck and a hot pursuit occurs. Priscilla loses Naz during the run and sees Brad at a distance. She follows him to an alleyway where he is seen having sex with Mary Margaret, the mentor at her purity society. Upset, she is determined to lose her virginity. She tells Chuck and out of anger tries to have sex with him, but he politely turns her down as she might regret the decision. Rejected, she desperately tries to lose her virginity to some random people at a bar but fails. She is found later by Naz and they return to the hotel to go to the event hosted by Curtzman as it is his last appearance in the city. They are met by Becca, whom Chuck found on the internet and Priscilla is given backstage passes. She tries to talk to Curtzman again but is insulted. Becca hears the conversation, becomes angry with her father and Curtzman blames Priscilla for the incident. He then disses the women who are participating in the event which is accidentally broadcast to the crowd after turning on the PA system. When Curtzman appears on stage to start his event, the crowd are upset and humiliate him, leaving him naked, while Rudy videotapes the whole thing.

One week later, Priscilla is seen with Naz, who are now close friends. She flirts with Chuck and learns he too is a virgin. Later, she finds a package with the CD footage of her sent by Rudy and sees the contents with Naz. She discovers that the topless girl was not her as she is seen hurling beside the camera. Naz, Eileen and Kevin give her a lecture about condom use and she has a romantic evening with Chuck, both having sex for the first time. Naz (finally graduating) is seen with Kevin, hearing Priscilla's screams while having sex in the other room. The movie ends with Naz facing the camera saying 'I wonder what would Mary Margaret say now?' with a poster saying Priscilla is 0% pure but 100% satisfied... eventually.
