American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) was founded in 1997 in Montana, USA, and is a manufacturer of off-road and overland vehicle parts and accessories as well as turnkey off-road vehicle packages. All AEV parts are designed and tested in Missoula, Montana, where the company's R&D facilities are located. In 2006, AEV expanded into Detroit, Michigan and established a corporate office, vehicle build facility, and warehouse there. Today, over 90% of their products are manufactured within 200 miles of Detroit.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]

The company currently provides a range of complete Jeep Wrangler packages and accessories, manufacturing the industry's only stamped steel components for the JK Wrangler, along with a line of off-road-oriented suspension systems and wheels.

AEV works with Jeep on show cars and special edition versions, like the MW3: Call of Duty and Moab edition Wranglers that came direct from the factory with AEV front and rear bumpers and a special version of the AEV stamped steel heat reduction hood.

AEV exhibits in the US at auto shows, off-roading events, and their SEMA exhibit.
