Alyy Khan (or Aly Khan, Urdu: علی خان) (born December 6, 1968, Karachi) is a British-Pakistani film and television actor and host.[1][2] He has worked in Bollywood and Hollywood films. Khan's famous film work includes A Mighty Heart, Don 2, Traitor and Anjuman. He has appeared in television series such as The Bill, Strike Back, Saat Pardon Mein and Indian Summers. He hosted television reality show Foodistan.[3]
Early life
Alyy was born into a Muslim family of Karachi, Pakistan to Pakistani parents and later he moved to London with his parents.[4] When he was nine years old, the family moved to India but after one year returned to Pakistan.[5] He has a diploma in film and television production from the Pimlico Arts and Media College.[3] He currently lives in Pakistan and London.
Personal life
Alyy is married to a Chandni Saigol and has one son, Rayaan and one daughter, Inaya.[4]
