Aloysius Anagonye (born February 10, 1981) is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player who plays for SOMB Boulogne-sur-Mer of the LNB Pro A.
A graduate of Michigan State University in 2003, Anagonye has also played for the Basket Livorno (2005–2006) and the Sutor Basket Montegranaro in Italy (2006–2007). Although he was born in the United States, Anagonye played internationally with the Nigeria national basketball team at the 2006 FIBA World Championship and the FIBA Africa Championship 2007, where Nigeria finished in 5th place.
In 2012, Anagonye signed with Ford Burgos of LEB Oro league, where he played during the 2009–10 season, but he was not allowed to play due to a FIBA ban on registration of new players on Burgos' team.[1]
