Ally Shewan is a Scottish former football player.

He played for Aberdeen from 1961–69 and has been described as a "no-nonsense left-back". He once appeared in a run of 313 consecutive games.

Shewan also played for the Washington Whips in the United Soccer Association in 1967, leading them to the USA's championship game against the Los Angeles Wolves. In the 122nd minute of extra time and the match tied 5-5, Shewan put the ball in the net; unfortunately, it was his own. Los Angeles won the match and the title, 6-5.

After leaving Aberdeen, Shewan played for and later managed Elgin City; he is a member of Aberdeen F.C.'s Hall of Fame.
