The Allertonshire School is a comprehensive school in Northallerton, Hambleton, North Yorkshire, England. The school provides education for children aged between 11 and 14 years old, Year 7 to Year 9. Northallerton College is the sister establishment, providing education between Year 10 and Year 13.
The school is on two sites - West House and East House, separated by Brompton road. On the East side of the site, there is a rugby pitch and two football pitches. There are also three science blocks, one art block and a music block.
The Allertonshire School also received Grade 2 'Good' status in its 2008 Ofsted report.[1]
The school houses are named after woods in the surrounding area.
