Features
Allavaram is in Konaseema. Two temples are there. One is Ramalayam and the other is Shivalayam. The hit Telugu film, Jeevana Jyothi, was filmed in Allavaram.
D.V.S. Raju, the key person instrumental in shifting the Telugu film industry from Chennai to Hyderabad was born in this village.
