All or Nothing was a British pop punk/hardcore band formed in 2002 and is based in Birmingham, England. The band consists of Tom Chong (vocals and bass), Rich Murphy (vocals and guitar), Paul Foster (vocals and guitar) and Nick Reynolds (drums and vocals).

All or Nothing has so far released one full-length album, and three EPs. Their debut release, Who Got Shot?, was released in 2005, with tracks such as "Analogies and Metaphors" and "0121 Whipped". With this album, and their lively and confident live shows, All or Nothing began to leave a mark on the UK skate punk scene. Their 2006 follow-up album, Dead Money, was self released and was limited to 100 copies. The real breakthrough was in 2007 when their second EP, Is Pretty Hot Right Now, was signed by Zone 6 Records in the UK and Inya Face Records in Japan, along with the likes of The Vandals, Alkaline Trio, and Set Your Goals.[1] The next release, Distances, a split EP with American pop punk band The Wonder Years, was released worldwide in 2009 by No Sleep Records of California.[2] It was released on 7" vinyl with an additional track, "This Is Very Impossible", available as a download. The band then toured the UK in the summer of 2009 with The Wonder Years, and embarked on a mini headlining tour of Scotland and Ireland. In December 2009, the band released a follow-up split with fellow UK pop punkers Chaos Days via All Aboard Records, showcasing new eagerly-anticipated tracks such as "I Hate Being the Dip Guy" (the video for which was aired nationally on Lava (TV Channel) in 2010).[3] The two bands toured together in December 2009 in support of this release. All or Nothing then toured with The Swellers and The Wonder Years in May 2010 and were announced on the sold out Slam Dunk Festivals at Hatfield University in London and Leeds University in May 2010.[4] In October 2010 the band signed to independent London-based label Transmission Recordings (home to The King Blues), as well as signing with Management and a Publishing deal through Notting Hill Music Group.[5][6]
