The All-Russia Athletic Federation (ARAF') is the governing body for the sport of athletics in Russia. Current president is Valentin Balakhnichev.[1] Balakhnichev also served as the Treasurer of the IAAF until stepping down amid allegations uncovered by German broadcaster ARD of massive doping violations and cover ups by the ARAF. 150 athletes from multiple nations are said to be involved.[2]
