Alioune Kissima Touré (born 9 September 1978 in Saint-Denis) is a French former professional footballer of Malian and Senegalese descent. He is an attacking midfielder but can play both as a forward and on the wing. In the search of an ambitious club following his experience in Cyprus, he returned to Paris, France, and signed a 2-year contract with Paris FC in August 2009.

Touré had a brief spell in England with Manchester City in the 2001–02 season where he made just 2 substitute appearances against Wimbledon in the league[1] and Blackburn Rovers in the League Cup.[2] He missed several months of the season due to deep vein thrombosis, which he contracted following a six-hour coach journey to Portsmouth.[3] He left the club for Paris Saint-Germain in the 2002 close season, as a makeweight in the deal that took Nicolas Anelka in the opposite direction.[4]

Touré won the 1997 UEFA European Under-18 Championship with France.[5]
