Alina l'Ami (née Moţoc; born June 1, 1985, Iași) is a Romanian chess player who holds the titles of International Master and Woman Grandmaster. In the Netherlands she first played chess at the Hilversum Chess Society, and since 2011 at En Passant in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. In Romania, she graduated cum laude in psychology at the University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iași. She is married to the Dutch chess grandmaster Erwin l'Ami.
