Alfred Francis was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Hull, as a Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.[1]

International honours

Alfred Francis won 2 caps for Wales in 1913–1914 while at Hull.[2]
