The Alexis Boyer House is a historic house at 306 Hamilton in Southbridge, Massachusetts. The 2.5 story Queen Anne house was built in 1888 for Alexis Boyer, a builder and political leader of the sizable French Canadian community in Southbridge. It features elaborate stickwork and a jigsaw-cut bargeboard decoration in the gable ends. It also has an feature otherwise unusual for Queen Anne houses, an exterior rear staircase, which is believed to have originated among the French Canadians.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
