Alexander, Hereditary Prince of Hohenzollern (German: Alexander Friedrich Antonius Johannes Prinz von Hohenzollern;[1] born 16 March 1987 in New York City, United States[1] is a member of the Princely House of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.[1] Alexander is the eldest son of Karl Friedrich, Prince of Hohenzollern and Countess Alexandra Schenck von Stauffenberg, who divorced in 2010, and heir-apparent to the headship of the House of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.[1]

Education

Alexander attended Oakham School, in England but left after taking his GCSEs. He attended Malvern College for a short period of time before leaving to continue his studies in the Institut auf dem Rosenberg. After spending time in Tibet, he started to train extreme mixed martial arts. He also joined the German youth organisation "Junge Union" in 2010. After a long journey through Indonesia he decided to campaign for the organization Rettet den Regenwald.
