Aleksander Sergeyevich Zatsepin (born March 10, 1926, Novosibirsk, USSR) - a Soviet and Russian composer, famous for his soundtracks to many popular movies, notably comedies by Leonid Gaidai. In 1982 Zatsepin went to live in France, four years later returned ; since then he continued to (using his own words) "work in Moscow, rest in Paris".
