Albino Slug is the twenty-second studio album by guitarist Buckethead. It is also the fifth album originally only being sold on tour. It is now available for purchase online through TDRS Music.

The announcement of this album came with the confirmation of two other albums featuring Buckethead, The Dragons of Eden and Bolt on Neck by the Frankenstein Brothers (consisting of Buckethead and That 1 Guy):

The Dragons CD was not supposed to be announced till today after the first tour show where 3 new CDs where offered for sale. It was a little dull around here so I started what I though were pretty obscure glues above the posts here on the forum.

Of the three new CDs on the tour, two of them will be tour only for the time being.

Travis Dickerson, [2]

The first track of the album, "The Redeem Team", follows Buckethead's line of Basketball influenced songs (see "Jordan"). It is a clear reference to the United States men's national basketball team[3] which won Olympic gold a few months before.

"Spooner Arks" refers to early Ark producer Charles Spooner.[4]

On March 18, 2009, a seven-minute long solo was added to "Forgotten Trail", and made available with the iTunes release of the album.
