Luis Alberto Blanco (born 8 January 1978) is a Panamanian football midfielder who currentlys plays for Chorrillo F.C..
He was a member of the Panama 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup team, who finished second in the tournament. He made his debut for "La Marearoja" in 2000 and collected over 57 caps, scoring three goals.
