Albert Marcet (born c. 1960) is a Spanish economist, specialized in Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics. He is professor of Economics at the London School of Economics.[2] He holds a degree in Economics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a PhD in Economics from University of Minnesota.

He has worked extensively in the field of agents' expectations modeling, working with Thomas Sargent and Juan Pablo Nicolini.
