Alan Ginsburg is a businessman and philanthropist.

Ginsburg has been Trustee of The CED Companies since December 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since 1987, a private company which develops, builds and manages multi-family apartment communities most notably on closed military installations in the Orlando area. He also serves as Chairman of CED Construction, Inc. and Concord Management, Ltd.

Ginsburg was in the news in March 2011 for hosting a $500 a plate fundraiser for Senator Bill Nelson, D-Fla., with Vice President Joe Biden as the keynote Speaker, during which Orlando Sentinel reporter Scott Powers was asked to wait by Biden staffers in a storage room/closet in Ginsburg's Winter Park, Florida home for about an hour and a half.

Ginsburg, along with his wife Kelly, is also a philanthropist who has donated tens of millions of dollars to Central Florida organizations including a one time donation of $20 million to the Florida Hospital building known as the Ginsburg Tower.

Ginsburg also has business interests in Mongolia, a country he was introduced to by his friend Alexander Zanzer, at that time Honorary Consul General of Mongolia to Belgium and a Belgian Jewish Community leader.
