State Route 110 is a 32-mile-long (51 km) route in the central part of the state. The western terminus of the route is at its junction with State Route 126 within sight of the Interstate 85 and U.S. Highway 80 interchange east of Montgomery. The eastern terminus of the route is at its junction with U.S. Highway 82 west of Union Springs, Alabama.

Route description

State Route 110 begins at SR-126 near the interchange with I-85 and US-80 approximately 11 miles (18 km) east of downtown Montgomery. From its beginning it leads southeastwardly from Montgomery County into rural areas of that county and Bullock County. Along its two-lane roadway, the route passes through a number of small, unincorporated communities and farmland as it leads towards Union Springs. The route reaches its terminus approximately two miles west of Union Springs, where motorists must then take US-82.
