Al Wusta (Arabic: الوسطى‎) is one of the governorates (muhafazah) of Oman. Its capital is Haima (Hayma). It was previously a region (mintaqah). It became a governorate on 28 October 2011.^[1][2][3]

Al Wusta Region consists of four provinces (wilayat):

• Haima
• Duqm
• Mahout
• Al Jazer
