Al Delugach

Albert Lawrence Delugach (October 27, 1925 – January 4, 2015) was an American Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter. He began his career with the The Kansas City Star in 1951. He retired from his last newspaper, the Los Angeles Times, in 1989. In 1969, he shared the Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting with fellow reporter Denny Walsh of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat for their campaign exposing corruption within a St. Louis labor union .[1]

Delugach died of mesothelioma in January 2015 in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. He was 89.[1]
