Al Bandar
Al Bandar is an "integrated community" in Abu Dhabi completed in October 2010, comprising residential towers, a 131-berth marina, an exclusive residents' Clubhouse, a supermarket and retail building and a promenade with cafes and restaurants overlooking a marina.[1]
Location and environment

Al Bandar is located on the coast north of Abu Dhabi island looking across a small harbor to Yas Island, home of the Formula 1 Grand Prix track and Ferrari World. Al Bandar is the northernmost portion of the Al Raha area and part of the Al Raha Beach development that includes the Aldar headquarters building, a disc-shaped office building.[2]
Al Bandar is built on an artificial island, surrounded by concrete walls, that was partially created with a dredging technique.
Towers

The residential towers of Al Bandar comprise:
- Al Naseem A, B and C – three cascading towers with large wrap-around glass balconies. The three buildings contain a total of 366 apartments of varying sizes;
- Al Barza - residences adjoining the Al Manara glass tower and overlooking the piazza and marina. There are a total of 132 apartments of varying sizes in Al Barza;
- Al Manara – A glass cubed tower containing 12 four-bedroom apartments and penthouses and 1 five-bedroom penthouse.
Marina

Al Bandar marina has a total of 131 berths ranging in sizes from 9 metres to 24 metres.[3]
Shops and restaurants
Shops in the complex include a supermarket, a health care centre for women, a women's manicures and pedicure business, a music centre for children, and a boat dealer, equipment suppliers and rental. Restaurants include American, Afghani and Italian cuisine.
