Al-Qutayfah District

Al-Qutayfah District (Arabic: منطقة القطيفة) is a district (mantiqah) administratively belonging to Rif Dimashq Governorate, Syria. At the 2004 official census, the district had a population of 119,283.[1] Its administrative centre is the city of Al-Qutayfah.
Sub-districts
The district of Al-Qutayfah is divided into four sub-districts or Nāḥiyas (population according to 2004 official census):
- Al-Qutayfah Nahiyah (ناحية القطيفة): population 44,820.[2]
- Jayroud Nahiyah (ناحية جيرود): population 31,821.[3]
- Ma'loula Nahiyah (ناحية معلولا): population 12,192.[4]
- Ar-Ruhaybah Nahiyah (ناحية الرحيبة): population 30,450.[5]
