Al-Qusayr District
Al-Qusayr District (Arabic: منطقة القصير) is a district (mantiqah) administratively belonging to Homs Governorate, Syria. At the 2004 Census it had a population of 107,470.[1] Its administrative centre is the city of Al-Qusayr.
Sub-districts
The district of Al-Qusayr is divided into two sub-districts or Nāḥiyas (population according to 2004 official census):[2]
- Al-Qusayr Nahiyah (ناحية القصير): population 70,965.
- Al-Hoz Nahiyah (ناحية الحوز): population 36,505. - formed in 2010
