Al-Arishah (Arabic: العريشة) is a village in al-Hasakah Governorate, Syria. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Al-Arishah had a population of 3,957 in the 2004 census. It is the administrative center of a nahiyah ("subdistrict") consisting of 20 localities with a combined population of 30,544 in 2004.[1] The inhabitants of the village are predominantly Arabs.
