Akshat Singh is an Indian dancer who came into prominence by showcasing his talent of dance in India's reality show India's Got Talent and became an overnight sensation. Singh was also a contestant of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (season 7).[3][2] He will debut as a actor through the Malayalam film Ayal Njanalla.[4]
Popularity
Akshat's first work was in the bengali channel Zee Bangla show Dance Bangla Dance in 2011. Singh appeared in American talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show[5][6] and became immense popular with his dancing style in India's Got Talent and the video became viral in YouTube with five hundred thousand (5 lakh) views.[7] Singh also appeared in Japanese television commercial advertisement of Pari Pari Curry.[8][9]
Personal life
Singh lives in Mumbai and studies in 4th grade.[10] Singh admitted to one of his interviews that he is an ardent fan of actor Salman Khan.[11]
