Aknuqucha (Quechua aknu beautiful, qucha lake,[1] "beautiful lake", hispanicized spelling Agnococha) is a lake in Peru located in the Huancavelica Region, Castrovirreyna Province, Santa Ana District.[2] It is situated at a height of about 4,714 metres (15,466 ft), about 3.54 km long and 1.80 km at its widest point. Aknuqucha lies north of the larger lake Urququcha.
