Agnee (Bengali: অগ্নি) is a Bangladeshi Bengali language women-centric action thriller film. Directed by Iftakar Chowdhury. Stars Mahiya Mahi, Arifin Shuvoo, and many more. Releasing on 14 February 2014.[1][2][3] The film was inspired by the 2011 American action film Colombiana, starring Zoe Saldana in the lead role.
Plot
Tanisha (Mahiya Mahi) is a trained killer who has murdered many prominent underworld figures and is known as "the killer one" in Thailand, where nobody knows her real identity. On the other hand, Dragon (Arifin Shuvoo) is a popular boxer who is a three-time champion in Thailand. Ainal(Misha Showdagar), an underworld don, sends Dragon on a mission to kill Tanisha, his deadly enemy. But along the way, Dragon falls in love with Tanisha without knowing her real identity.

Filming
The film was shot in Thailand for over a month. Mahiya Mahi and Arifin Shuvoo were given special training for action sequences. While filming a stunt, Shuvoo was injured and later recovered after undergoing surgery in India.

The film's soundtrack is composed by Adit, Shafiq Tuhin, Ahmed Humayan and with lyrics penned by Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul, Robiul Islam Jibon, Abdul Aziz and Sudip Kumar Dip.[4]

Sequel
Producer Shish Monowar has confirmed the making of a sequel, Agnee 2. The film will be released in late 2015. The cast is still unconfirmed.
