Advertainment
Advertainment is the use of various forms of entertainment (television shows, movies, songs, etc.) to promote products or brands. An example would be product placement in a film.[1] The word is a portmanteau of the advertising and entertainment.
An early example in gaming is the 1989 game Avoid the Noid produced to promote Domino's Pizza for the Commodore 64.[2]
