Adams is a fifth class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 1,785 people.[3]
Barangays
Adams, Ilocos Norte is composed of only 1 barangay (Adams Proper). However, it is proposed to be divided into 5 barangays namely; Bugnay, Malasin, Adams(Poblacion), Saplid and Bucarot.

Adams' population is a mixture of different tribes like yapayaos, immallods, kankanaeys, bago and ilocanos.[5]
