Adam Trent
Adam Trent is a self-taught American illusionist, singer, and comedian.[1] His style is a combination of magician's illusion with dancing, singing, and comedy.[2] Trent is the youngest and only magician to ever win back to back medals in the P.C.A.M. Pro Magic Challenge.[3] U.S. News & World Report Magazine named Adam Trent one of the 10 most influential youth in the nation .
Trent is also active as a writer, actor, and as a producer.[4]
Career
After graduation from college, Adam Trent performed in comedy clubs, on Cruise Lines, and focused his act on the audience on College Campuses.[2]
In 2008, Adam Trent performed as the opening act for the winner of NBC's Last Comic Standing Alonzo Bodden.[5]
In 2010, Adam Trent performed over 250 shows in 19 different countries.[6]
He was a featured performer on France’s popular TV show “Le Plus Grand Cabaret Du Monde” on April 1, 2012.[7] [8]
May 1, 2012, Adam Trent was featured as himself on The Disney Channel’s hit TV show Shake It Up! He is also featured on Disney’s “Shake It Up! Live 2 Dance” Album, which went on to #1 on the Billboard Kid Album Charts, and #2 on Billboard’s Top Soundtracks charts.[9]
