Adam A. Goode (born September 9, 1983) is an American politician from Maine. Born in Calais, Maine, Goode graduated from the University of Maine and was elected to the Maine House of Representatives as a Democrat from Bangor's District 15 in November 2008 [1] and re-elected in 2010. Goode is the chair of the Taxation Committee, is a member of the Insurance and Financial Services Committee, and is also the Head Boys and Girls Cross Country Coach at Bangor High School, his alma mater. He is also pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maine.[2] He previously worked as an Environmental Organizer with the Maine People’'s Alliance and Maine Peoples Resource Center.[1]

In an interview with the League of Young Voters, Goode stated that top policy priorities include health care and job creation. In addition, he stated that a favorite aspect of public service was to receive "intimate and moving letters, phone calls and emails from constituents sharing the struggles they face in their day to day lives."[3]
